This is a new viewpoint of architects about small Town-house in HCM city. Except for familiar "set-back distance" of town-house definition - which would remind people of banconies, extending eaves, front/ back small gardens, small gaps in between two town-houses. For this project, "set-back distance" discusses about the "space" belonging to usage-space, not only be basically essencial for the real distance, but also increase quality of living spaces. Building's axis is rotated, this leaves many triangle gardens, increase the set-back distance for house volumes, at the same time creates some sapce-corners for privacy. This "space" is inserted into house spaces as two empty-corridor-volumes, as two repeated route going through two triangle-gardens before coming in living space and dining space. These elements made the small spaces be more surprising and much more open to the outside garden after finding-routes/ after intentional set-back-distances.
